Key features :
S2 Grade Flexibility with Visible Fibers
Provides enhanced shock and vibration absorption. Ensures integrity under thermal expansion and contraction.
Supports Tiles & Stones Above 1200×1200 mm
Specially made for large-format porcelain slabs, engineered stone, and thick tiles. Eliminates voids and air pockets under heavy material.
Anti-Slip for Vertical Installations
Offers excellent non-sag performance on vertical surfaces. Prevents downward tile movement during cladding.
Engineered for Harsh Conditions
Withstands water exposure, temperature variation, and mechanical load. Suitable for industrial and commercial exteriors.
Technical Specifications
1. Compliance: IS 15477:2019 (Type 4, S2), EN 12004 C2TES2
2. Recommended Tile Size: >1200×1200 mm
3. Application Thickness: Up to 15 mm
4. Coverage: Approx. 1.2 kg/m²/mm thickness
Method of Use
- Adhesive Application – Ensure flatness and stability of the substrate. Remove dust, oil, or loose particles. Add powder gradually into water and stir using a slow mixer until a uniform, fiber-rich mix is formed. Spread using a large notched trowel for full coverage. Back-butter tiles for extra bonding with oversized formats.
- Curing & Finalization – Place tiles and apply pressure or vibrate to remove trapped air. Adjust alignment while adhesive remains workable. Let cure for 24–48 hours. Protect from water and heavy loads during curing.
Applications Areas
High-Rise Facades with Stone or Slab Tiles: Ensures strong bonding under wind loads, structural movement, and elevation stress, ideal for tall building exteriors.
Showroom & Lobby Flooring with Porcelain Panels: Maintains even adhesive beds and seamless finishes in luxury interiors using large, high-value tiles.
Wall Cladding on Cement Boards, Gypsum, or Concrete: Bonds reliably to various substrates in both residential and commercial construction, even with minor surface irregularities.
Heavy Stone Installation in Exterior Staircases or Entrances: Withstands foot traffic and weather extremes in structural access points like steps, ramps, and entryways.
Large Format Tile Laying in Hotels & Convention Centers: Supports expansive tiling with consistent adhesion, preventing lifting or cracking in premium hospitality projects.
